Payment Policy
Full payment is required at the time of your appointment. I accept cash, debit, and major credit cards for your convenience. Direct billing to most extended health insurance providers is now available.
Cancellation Policy
I recognize that unforeseen circumstances arise. However, if you must cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice via email. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price (e.g., a $60 charge for a 60-minute session). Please note that insurance companies do not cover cancellation fees.
No-Show Policy
Missing your appointment without prior notification will result in a charge of 50% of the service cost. We offer a one-time waiver for your first missed appointment. Similar to cancellation fees, these charges cannot be billed to your health insurance provider.
Privacy and Consent Agreement
To ensure safe and effective care, this clinic collects essential health data. Our full privacy policy is displayed in the office for your review. By booking, you acknowledge these clinic policies. You consent to receive massage therapy treatment as explained by your Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). You understand the nature of informed consent and your right to pause or terminate treatment at any time. You accept the inherent risks associated with massage therapy as discussed during your consultation.
